My name is Beth Wocks and I love watching clients experience rapid relief from their difficult and distressing images and sensations. Using brain based counselling approaches, such as Sandtray Therapy or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I meet the images that keep you trapped, enhancing the benefits of counselling. Specializing in Anxiety and ADHD counselling with children, teens and young adults. I am also passionate about the rapid relief from Trauma, Phobias, Anxiety, Depression and various other conditions using ART. Conveniently located in Red Deer, AB.
Most people aren’t aware that there is an option that could provide rapid relief and resolution, often within 1-5 sessions, for their trauma, phobia, anxiety, depression, grief/loss and other mental health conditions. ART could offer this while allowing you to share as much or little about your struggles as you would like.
I love watching clients gain distance and closure from their experiences, walk into new found freedom and reclaim the life they were meant to have. Finally getting a good night’s sleep and being able to socialize without worrying something will trigger them makes this therapy so exceptional.
