I know it can be a big step in reaching out to a counsellor for yourself or your child but I’ll make it easy. We will spend 15 minutes on the phone so I can let you know how or if I can help. If I am not the right person, I will do my best to connect you with the right person.
If you are looking for services for your child or teen, I am happy to do a brief phone check-in with them so they can also have the opportunity to meet me and for me to meet them. Just another way I ensure I am the right fit for your family.
